  • In this class you will learn how to help parents:

  • Reduce suffering by shifting attention away from the stories their minds are telling.

  • Move away from trying to think their way through labor.

  • Notice their internal dialogue and responses to sensation.

  • Build a mindset of coping.

Prepare parents to cope with the experience of intensity, whether physical or emotional.


This class consists of two, 2-hour virtual sessions with an experienced Birthing from Within trainer who  will guide you in learning three foundational pain-coping practices to support the parents you work with.  Course recording will be made available to participants.
